You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions: the online course has not been accessed beyond the introductory module (first 15% of content), the PDF guide or template has not been downloaded, or the product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.

The following are not eligible for refund: digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed beyond the introductory content, bundle packages where any individual product has been accessed, personalised or customised consulting deliverables, gift cards or promotional credits, and products clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” on the product page.
Refunds for marketing service engagements are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the individual service agreement. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued. For partially completed work, a prorated refund may be offered based on deliverables completed.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you may appeal by emailing Info@kmgcore.com with additional details. We will review within 5 business days.
