KMG Core FZE LLC (“KMG Core”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Free Zone Establishment Limited Liability Company registered under the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, Formation Number 4427872, with its registered office at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this website and make purchases. By placing an order or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Services
KMG Core provides: (a) professional marketing services including digital marketing, social media management, brand strategy, content marketing, and consulting; and (b) digital educational products including online courses, PDF guides, e-books, templates, and resource toolkits. Service engagements are governed by individual service agreements or proposals provided to the client.
4. Digital Products
All digital products (courses, guides, PDFs, templates) are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the product for your own educational or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly display any product content without our express written permission. Online courses include lifetime access from the date of purchase.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed by Stripe and encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property
